Sunday outing – Perth Fringe

A welcome break into the world outside my office was had today when my Husband and I ventured into the city for a spot of lunch and a wander in the slightly cooler weather (for those that don’t know, it’s been well over 35c for a while now).

Down in the Perth Cultural/Arts Centre, the Perth Fringe is going on as part of the Perth International Arts Festival. The jewel in the crown is Perth’s new Spielgeltent – a mirror and stained glass filled big top that is over 100 years old and is one of only a handful in existence.

I was very taken with the way the light bounced around and fell in rainbows on the wooden fixings.

Enjoy!
